“But when I hoped for good, evil came, and when I waited for light, darkness came.” – Job 30:26. Brethren , amidst the dark times in our lives, it’s hard to hold on to understanding God has never left and remains in control. As we see with Job, he continues to state his case before God and his 3 friends about how, though he was righteous, evil still found him. God allows things to happen that will shape out faith, humble us, strengthen and mature us. God doesn’t send evil, because He is perfectly good and what’s perfectly good cannot produce evil or God would cease to be God. Brethren, if you find yourself in this dark time, from my recent testimony, I urge you to remain steadfast in faith because God is still and always in control. He will show Himself as provider when His timing permits. God bless you.
