Job 23:13 “But he is unchangeable, and who can turn him back? What he desires, that he does.” Amen. Brethren, God’s sovereignty is what puts everything in its rightful place. Job should know this most of all. He speaks as a just man going through the worst of the worst, asking where is God in all of his turmoil? There are times in our lives where we may feel that we are justified in asking the question “Where are you God?” But once we understand God’s sovereignty, that question doesn’t surface as much. God knows all things. All things were created for Him and to Him. Our salvation through Jesus was meant to glorify Him! Everything we see everyday, from the rising sun, to the chirping bird, reveals a portion of God’s glory and/or character. Though we may go through hardships, trust in the God who is omniscient (all-knowing), because He allows what He allows for a reason. And all things work out for the good of those who love Him. God bless you.
