Romans 9:19-20 “You will say to me then, “Why does he still find fault? For who can resist his will?” But who are you, O man, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder, “Why have you made me like this?” Brethren, there will be times where God ‘s mystery’s will not be ours to understand. For example, God knows who will respond to the Gospel because His purpose of election had to be recognized (v. 11). We are God’s doing, not the other way around. We didn’t make God up, but He made us up. So in those moments where it seems like God is “unfair”, try to stop seeing God from your gratifications, and see God for who He is. He is not based on our emotions, instead He is based on what scripture tells us. God’s Word reveals his nature, not our emotional responses to God. Rest knowing who God really is-sovereign, perfect, all knowing, all powerful, ever-present, just and righteous is He who sits on The Throne of thrones. Praise God!
