Matthew 13:47-50 “Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net that was thrown into the sea and gathered fish of every kind. When it was full, men drew it ashore and sat down and sorted the good into containers but threw away the bad. So it will be at the end of the age. The angels will come out and separate the evil from the righteous and throw them into the fiery furnace. In that place there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.” Brethren this parable shook my soul. We are all on display before the eyes of God. He knows those that are truly His children, and those who pretend to live a life of holiness but in reality, are lost false converts. How do you take this verse and apply it to your own life? Is your heart truly born-again because of the work done by Jesus Christ on the Cross? Or are you a mere shell, going through the motions because your parents taught you about Christ but you really never walked with Him. If that’s the case, there’s only two places that we go after we die. Heaven or Hell. Jesus made a way out by dying and raising from the dead for you. The only reason you choose not to follow Him is out of pride and your love for sin. Choose this day who you’ll serve. God bless you.
